Death Certificate Apostille - from £45
Death Certificates may be required by overseas authorities when executing a will abroad.
UK nationals who own property and/or business interests abroad and for this to form part of a deceased person's estate.
At the same time a notarised Will or Power of Attorney may also need to have an Apostille Certificate.
We can only legalise original or certified copies of certificates issued by the General Registry Office (GRO) or local Registry Offices in the UK. We can obtain copies in 48 hours for £60 (1/2 days) or £35 (15 days).
We can also legalise original death certificates issued by a UK coroner. Translations of these can also be legalised if they have been signed by a practising UK solicitor or notary.
Please note that we are NOT able to legalise photocopies, even if they have been signed by a practising UK solicitor or notary or attached to a notarial cover sheet.
